Sampled at the AHA Club Night Banquet at the Chicago Rock Bottom.

Pale yellow with a bright clarity and crisp CO2 with fine bubbles.

Aroma is lightly spicy and just a hint of grain pokes out beyond a waxed flowery aroma.

Flavor is grainy with just a touch of butter and a strong crisp hop that blends into a finish dominated by CO2 which drives the beer to a dry and bitter finish.
