Enjoyed on tap at GI Clybourn. Served in an Imperial pint glass.

A; Pours a ruby amber color with a thick white head forming on the pour. It recedes slowly to a thin ring that leaves soapy sheets of laced down the glass.

S: Citrus zest is light up front with a sweet malt backing. A little biscuit with hint of sweetness. Light floral hops as well.

T: More of the same. Heavier citrus zest with a nice floral note. Sweet caramel with the biscuit notes. Apricot fruitiness with a residual bitterness on the finish.

M: Light bodied with a medium carbonation level. Very drinkable.

O: Deifnitely enjoyed the sessionability of this one. Easily drinkable with crisp, firm flavors. This isn't in your face with flavor, but it's nice enough that you could have multiple pints in one session.
