Served in an imperial pint glass at the Clybourn brewpub.
Another stop on the Second Annual Bachelor Party Free-For-All! This one pours a clear sunset amber topped by over a finger of cream-colored foam. The nose comprises pine needles, rich toffee, pretzels, and light lemon rind. The taste brings in more of the same, with the maltier notes coming through just a touch stronger than the now-minty pine beneath. Very nicely-balanced, though. The body is a light medium, with a decidedly light carbonation and a creamy feel. Overall, a very nice English IPA, a joy to drink from the hand engine.

Enjoyed at the Clybourn location.
A: single finger head with nice lacing on a hazy amber copper body.
S: major citrus hops like their standard IPA. Little else but it smells excellent.
T: malts are better represnted In the flavor. More pine and floral bitterness with grass late in the finish. Citrus good throughout.
M: medium body and moderate carbonation.
Overall: a nice IPA. Flavorful, alcohol well hidden and drinkable.
