Served in a stange at the Clybourne brewpub.
This was described to me as a kolsch brewed with raspberries. Alright, it's warm out, I'll bite: It pours a very lightly hazy pale pink grapefruit topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises raspberry and very light red apple (skin and all, baby). It's incredibly simple, but pretty pleasing as well. The taste holds notes of mild, cream-covered raspberries, very light pear in the background, and some even lighter grass throughout. The body is a hefty light, with a light moderate carbonation and a slightly watery feel. Overall, a decently solid beer, especially considering it's a fruited kolsch. Luckily, though, the berries come through restrained, but not watered-down, keeping things from becoming either sickly sweet or artificial or bland.
