The newest installment in Goose's Farmers' Market series, this stuff was brewed with stinging nettles from Oriana's Oriental Orchard in Winslow, IL. It pours a clear copper topped by a finger of off-white foam. The nose comprises walnut, thistle, light biscuit, and a touch of what seems like heather. It's an ethereal combination of sweet and herbal, like the forest prim-candy. Yeah, that just happened. The taste holds notes of green tea, light oak, heather, miscellaneous flowers, grass, light lemon zest, and light honey. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a kinda dry finish. Overall, definitely an interesting beer here, one that I'm not sure I can sum up very well. Yup. Sorry.
