On tap at Goose Island Wrigley. Served in a sampler glass. Pours a hazy golden-yellow with a nice, fluffy white head. Good lacing. Nose carries banana, clove, and a bit of bubble gum. Flavor is similar. Good yeastiness and a bit of bready malt in the background. Mouthfeel is light-medium. Pretty good.

Half finger head on a murky orange and copper body. Nice lacing. This one actually has a lot of Belgian character to it. Very fruity, a little spicy, clove and malts. Flavor is again fruity and yeasty which surprised me for the style. Very drinkable and refreshing though with medium body and moderate carbonation.

Found on tap at Chili's, waitress could not tell me what the exact name was so I asked the bar tender.

Appearance: Yellow Amber straw like color with light carbonation. Head was about a finger and did not last long. Could not see any lacing(probably due to the frosted glass it was served in).

Smell: Pepper, cloves, and wheat. Strong on the pepper from what I could smell. Maybe a hint of sweet, almost citrus smell..

Mouthfeel/Taste: light and smooth, with a bitter yeast and peppery taste. After taste was dry and spicy.

Overall: Not at all what I expected, but certainly a good brew. Definatly would have again.

Served in a weizen glass at the Clybourn brewpub.

Let's follow things up with a nice hefeweizen, shall we? This one pours a lightly hazy brass-amber topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises banana, lots o' clove, black pepper, light orange zest, light wheat, and very light lemon zest. The yeast was really dancing through this one! The taste brings in more of the same, including even more clove and pepper. It borders on too much, but remains tasty. The body is a very light medium, with a moderate carbonation and a decently dry finish. Overall, a very nice, decidedly yeasty hefe.
