Cask @ NotLA. Poured into tasting glass.

A - Pours a pinkish/red color, bubbles here and there on top.

S - Excellent mix of fruits and funky tart notes. Raspberries, green apples, slightly acidic, funky brett, and a nice level of sourness. The sweetness is just about right and the tartness isn't too sharp.

T - Again, fruity sweetness mixed with a nice acidic sour/tartness. Raspberries, oak, sour green apples, touch of funk, and hay. The tart notes are a little more powerful on the palate, but still, all works together nicely.

M - Light body, no real carbonation, dry finish.

O - Another excellent sour from Goose that I enjoyed quite often during the session. I would definitely seek this one out to try again, if it's offered up again. Good stuff.

For cask beer, perfect appearance clear ruby hues. Nice.

Strong raspberry, funky vines and grime. Dirty grass. Very fruity and Brett. Horse hair and barn door.

Tastes of raspberry ,vthe seeds, a grimy dish towel, a slat of dust. Finishes seeds and grape skins. Very lingering strong. I love the tart finish that you'd miss. It's like citric bitter hidden.

This is a Brett raspberry beast. Very low tartness, but young raspberry sours all start this way.

Thick, stringy, strong, sticky, juicy.
