On tap at the CHIRP record fair, review from notes.
Two 12 oz. drafts served in a plastic cup, appears black with some lighter brown showing around the edges in the light. Frothy off white foam that clings a bit in places, more specifically after taking a sip, Not much legit lacing to speak of, but the foam sticks around for awhile on the surface before fading to the edges.
Aroma was the least interesting part, faint and yeast driven, a little underdeveloped.
Not really getting much aroma from the flavoring ingredients at all, just yeast.
Flavor was similarly driven by the Belgian yeast, spicy with some earthy pepper, with a suggestion of very mellow toasted malt. Vague hint of coriander, but little to no citrus or subtlety of a Witbier. Dry with some mild bitterness, very little sweetness. Felt sort of thin and overcarbed, though it had a somewhat creamy feel (wheat, oats?) towards the end.
As the best beer they offered from the jockey box, I was obliged to have another one to pass the time, but wouldn't seek it out again.

A - Black, somewhat transparent, beer that turned ruby on the edges. Off white head that looks a little grey against the black beer. Moderate retention that faded to a tight ring.
S - I really like the nose on this one a lot. Healty dose of peppercorn with some complimentary citrus, something I usually don't go for. The winner is a great hot chili burn on the backend of the nose from the chili pepper. Really excited to try this one.
T - This is not good. Tastes like sour dish soap, and having drank dish soap on accident before, I find it tobe a good descriptor. The citrus does not do enough to cover up that bad taste. Peppercorn is more muted than on the nose, and I can't pick out the chilis. Realy wish there was some chili burn to this. It has a completely horrible aftertaste that I could not get out of my mouth.
M - Smooth, medium bodied and carbonation. Slightly dry finish makes the taste stick in your mouth much longer than it should.
O - Get the feeling some people will like this one, but the taste repulsed me. Had a hard time drinking it.

"Belgian Black Wit brewed with Stephanie Izard of Girl & the Goat". Served in a taster pint glass.
A - Pours with a finger of light tan foam that settles to a thin cap, leaving a big chunky collar and a few stray spots of lace. Dark brown body with some transparency at the fringes.
S - Peppercorns, orange peel, and faint Belgian yeast. Malt character is largely obscured by the additional ingredients.
T - More on the citrus zest side of things, with less peppercorn flavor. Finish is lightly spicy Belgian yeast and actually communicates a bit of the base witbier. Some mild cocoa emerges as the beer warms up. No overt chili taste, even though it is a listed ingredient.
M - Medium-light body, lower carbonation. Smooth texture, with a sticky finish. Some mild warmth is generated by the chilis.
D - For a chili and peppercorn this was easier to drink than I expected. That being said I don't think I'd ever want to have a full tulip. More interesting as a pairing beer I'd think.
