A bomber poured into my snifter.

A: Pours a dark black with a small brownish head that faded quickly. No lacing at all. Beers way to dark to see any carbonation, but I can hear some fizzing after the pour.

S: Strong bourbon right off the top. Some coffe sents, but not to strong. I have heard that the coffe flavors are fadding in this beer if aged, this maybe true. Also picking up the sents of alchol, probably from the bourbon.

T: At first roasted malts, then some chocalte. After that you can really tates the coffe. Alittle hot at the end from the bourbon, but a strong after tates of coffe!

M: I'd say this beer is on the heavier side of medium bodied. Very little carbonation with some pricklies on the tongue. Overall very smooth.

D: Very good stout IMO. This is a great sipper! If you are a fan of coffe and bourbon you should seel this beer out.

S-poured from bomber bottles
A-Very dark, tan head, lacing
S-As it warms it goes from slight bitter coffee to a full, nice, fresh coffee smell
T-Base stout is there and creamy, but fresh coffee taste dominates once it warms up. Very good. Not bitter, not sweet, just all the qualities of a fresh cup of quality coffee. Very good and may be the best coffee I've had in terms of balance.
M-not as creamy as some other Goosse stout variations, but no complaints. Just about zero carbonation in mine.
O-Excellent coffee stout, top notch, seek it out!
