2012 bottled 7/31/12 poured into tulip.
A - Dark brown with slight reddish tones with a one finger head that fades quickly. Medium amount of carbonation bubbles.
S - Tart cherries, lactic acid, slight barnyard funk and acidic vinegar.
T - Starts out with a mildly tart cherry followed by a bit of funky brett. Not picking out too much more on this other than some slighty acidic tannins.
M - Light and lively with decent carbonation.
O - Slightly one dimentional, although I do enjoy the tart cherry flavor. Madame Rose is a relatively tame sour. Worth trying this once but the $17 pricetag is a bit steep for what you get here.
