A: Poured a fluffy two finger white head. Lacing and retention are solid. Some yeast particulate, resembling a small snowstorm, swirls. Color is a sunflower bronze.

S: Banana and orange yeast greet my nostrils. However, I can sense that there is more - clove, caramel, and some pepper undertones.

T: Minor hop explosion initiates the flavor, but then melts into a subtle symphony. Floral/grassy notes, citrus, and malt. Multi-layered taste experience.

M: Great mouthfeel. Tangy and smooth - medium bodied. Micro-carbonation is very pleasing. Leaves my mouth feeling somewhat dry, but fruity.

O: Session beer for me. Drinkability is high - does not dominate my palate. This factored with the ABV - 7.2 - helps keep you on the edge.
