A- poured a deep straw, lemon color with a 2 1/2 finger head. Delicate spotty lacing clung up the sides of the glass. Hazy and gorgeous looking
S- lots of citrus (lemon, bit if grapefruit and orange zest). Some welcome funk to balance it out. Really a delicious scented beer
T- taste is very much on the nose. Heavy zing of citrus with the lemon flavor dominate, still a hint if the grapefruit and orange zest. The funk is present and just enough to bring an earthiness. A slight spice note towards the end
M- light mouthfeel with a good amount if carbonation. A medium finish with the spice hitting you at the very end.
O- really a wonderful example of a delicate farmhouse ale. Well rounded and extremely food friendly
