80% Belgian Style Ale, 20% Belgian Style Ale aged in wine barrels with citrus peel. Champagne color, white pepper aroma, citrus & vanilla flavor, sparkling body.

2012 edition. Poured from 22 oz bottle into a mug.
A: Hazy lemon yellow, crazy carbonation, spun cotton candy head. ok lacing.
S: yeast, lemons, band aids.
Slightly sour taste with lemon tartness. Some pale malt. Dry finish.
Mouthfeel is fine and bubbly.
Extremely interesting, reminds me of Duvel. Will buy again.
