12oz bottle (bottled on 2/10/10) poured into an Oak Creek Brewing tall pilsner glass.
A - Pours a hazy and very pale straw yellow color with a finger of fluffy white head with decent staying power. Falls slowly with little to no lacing left on the glass.
S - Wheaty, sweet (malt extract like sweetness), lemony, some floral hops.
T - Malty up front with some light malt sweetness, bready character, wheat and cereal graininess, light lemony citrus. There is a crisp bitterness here that balances things out, but really doesn't make much of a larger impact. Wheat and malt really dominate the flavor profile with lemons adding a citrusy fruity aspect and a slight tartness.
M - Body is pretty light with a bit of a high carbonation level that tingles and prickles the mouth on every sip. Wheaty and cereal grainy flavors linger and leave the biggest lasting impression for this beer.
D - Well, I have to say this isn't an amazingly special beer to rush out and try, but I really like this one. This is a very easy drinker - refreshing, crisp, just a slight citrusy tartness, enough hops to balance and add to the crispness of the flavor. Good summer everyday drinker. I wouldn't go out of my way for this, but at the same time could easily be happy quaffing these on a regular basis. If there is a big sale on a case of these...I think I'll buy it. Otherwise, probably will come back to this for a 6er on an annual basis and move on to put other lighter favorites in the rotation.

Pours a clear, pale straw color with two fingers of white head. The nose is grassy. Mild and light wheat flavor that lacks the funky tartness of many American wheat beers. There just a touch of hoppiness on the finish. As wheat beers go, this one is amazingly ok.
