Poured from a bottle into a Weizen glass

A- pours a translucent pale, hazy yellow, looks a little like a hazy pilsner, nice fluffy two finger head appears and sticks around for a long time, lacing is very spotty

S- ripe citrus hits the nose first, lemon especially, yeasty, slight aroma of spices especially clove but not enough for a good wheat, virtually no banana smell at all

T- slightly tangy followed immediately by bready malt, slight wheat flavor but not a lot, slightly herbal notes brought on by the spices, the citrus is pretty much dominated by a flavor or lemon rind with a slight fruitiness paired with some bitter as well, i feel like this one is lacking a lot of necessary flavors for a good wheat

M- thin body, medium carbonation, could be better

D- this was barely an average wheat beer, it seemed watered down and nearly flavorless, i expected better from goose island who has impressed me with a majority of their beers
