a- very yellow w/ short white head. moderate lacing. hazy, which adds some attractiveness/intrigue to overall appearance.

s- not my cup of tea. wheat is strong, and slightly off-putting (think bar bathroom just cleaned on a sunday morning)

t- it takes a minute for the flavor to fight through the carbonation. when it does, you get a very slight "lemon-head" burst followed by a nice, clean wash of wheat.

m- refreshing. i could drink this after a long, sunny afternoon on the boat. just creamy enough to be interesting, just thin enough to go down easy.

o- i have a feeling that this one will call to me in the middle of the summer. probably won't drink it between now and then, but when the moment comes it will satisfy. not my everyday wheat ale (still trying to figure out what makes it "urban"), it could probably benefit from a strong Belgian yeast (a touch of banana flavor would be incredible).

still trying to decide what to make of goose island- sell outs or success story? a decidedly un-west-coast wheat, it wasn't unpleasant to have a change of pace (just not a beer i would stock up on!)
