Had both pints and bottles of this beer on a recent trip to Chicago, I reviewed the pints from the tap.

Appearance: Pours a hazy amber color, with a nice white head that stays for a while. Nice lacing as the beer recedes in the glass.

Smell: Malts at first and then a hop scented finish.

Taste: Sweet malts and caramel that are both balanced out nicly by a hop flavor.

Mouthfeel: Dry and light in the mouth, this beer does not dominate in any way, which keeps the palate from being wrecked.

Drinkability: This beer is incredibly drinkable. An absolute session beer that holds its quality and uniqueness pint after pint. You can easily drink this one all night... believe me.

Appearance: Clear and clean copper. Nearly no carbonation. Spotty lacing. No head retention

Aroma: Citrusy hops with some fruity esters. Maybe apple. Slight caramel malt. Toasty

Taste: Tastes very clean. Some apples and pear in the foreground. Juicy citrus hops in the middle - very mellow, not even slightly assertive. Rounds out with some bready malts

Mouthfeel: Crisp and clean. Slight lingering stickiness. Refreshing

Overall: Pretty good overall. Not much complexity but enough going on. Very sessionable. Good for a change but not an all the time brew for me. Solid nonetheless

Appearance: Amber; medium head; good lacing

Aroma: Light malt; light caramel; light citrus

Taste: Juicy malt on start with a quick, light hit of hops; a little lemon citrus in the mid and a crisp finish that doesn't last long; a little thin overall; not overly complex, but not bad

Remarks: Good session beer

Did not score A, T, S, M at that time; disregard those scores
