Poured into a pint glass.

A - Pure, golden orange with a finger-thick head. Fades after a bit, but leaves a bit behind. Great clarity and carbonation, with a nice, thick lacing sticking to the glass. Excellent looking beer.

S - Sugary sweetness, kind of like candy. Figs and a slight maple character make this one of the sweetest-smelling brews I’ve come across.

T - Sweet, buttery malts on the front of the tongue. Has a tart underbody that I can’t quite pick up on. Nice and balanced, though. Finishes with a good, bitter kick that rounds out the character nicely.

M - Smooth and light on the tongue, though the body is actually quite full. Excellent, prickly carbonation rounds it off. Great feeling all around.

O - Big fan of this beer. Very balanced and tasty, and good for any season. Definitely drinking this one again.

Appearance: Clear and clean copper. Nearly no carbonation. Spotty lacing. No head retention

Aroma: Citrusy hops with some fruity esters. Maybe apple. Slight caramel malt. Toasty

Taste: Tastes very clean. Some apples and pear in the foreground. Juicy citrus hops in the middle - very mellow, not even slightly assertive. Rounds out with some bready malts

Mouthfeel: Crisp and clean. Slight lingering stickiness. Refreshing

Overall: Pretty good overall. Not much complexity but enough going on. Very sessionable. Good for a change but not an all the time brew for me. Solid nonetheless
