On tap at the brewhouse in Framingham, MA.
Light fizzy head, touch of lacing, reddish amber purple like almost blue tinge hazy color.
Nose has a Belgian malt aromas, Belgian yeast as well, a bit yeasty, light toasty malts, very light hint of blueberries.
Taste starts with some Belgian yeast flavors, a light yeasty flavor, Some light Belgian malts and light toasty sweet malts. Then fruit. A light fresh blueberry taste with hints of blueberry syrup, and a tart light sour blueberry flavor. Light spicy taste as well. Finishes drier, with lingering spicy and tart blueberries, and light sticky Belgian malts.
Mouth is med to a bit lighter bodied, decent carb.
Overall not bad, nice fruit addition, tartness and light spice is nice, fruit is fine well not too syrupy or artificial tasting, its not very sweet either, refreshing ams drinkable. The only downfall is the slight yeast flavor and aroma as the Belgian yeast seems to overpower the lighter beer a bit.
