One of several stops on a Philly crawl, it helps to be in the same neighborhood as Eulogy. The inside was cool, but is not all that different than a lot of brewpubs I have been in recently. The bartender was right on us and served us fairly quickly. It was not too busy, but that is one long bar and most of the business was on it watching an awful Eagles game. I had the Ipa and was not disappointed. My friend had the imp. stout and also found it to his liking. There were 7 beers on tap that I could see and they covered the spectrum of tastes with several other in the works (Rye IPA). The food was limited to appetizers and they were perfect for the beers. Humus and calamari hit the spot. The value, as stated in my other Philly reviews, is rooted in the fact that you are moving in one of the pricey areas in the city and that has to be factored in.

Always looking for a local brewery when I travel, I found Triumph on Yelp and walked over that way. My wife was at a conference so I had limited time. I ordered the flight of beers and oh my I have never ordered a flight that had 10, 4oz pours. I must admit it was a struggle to finish them all. They had a standard number of beers and some were better than others. The best however was yet to come. I sat at the bar and ordered no food. The bar was rather empty at 2 pm on a Friday afternoon and the bartender offered me an additional sample a special chocolate milk stout barrel aged which was great. He was very knowledgeable and made the visit even the more fun. I definitely recommend visiting this brewery if you are in the Philadelphia area and are ready for a break from sightseeing.

The atmosphere was really nice. There was a jazz band playing as and the decor was really well kept up. It looked very classy for a brewery.
Quality was good as well. Food was good. Beer was good. The selection of either was a little lacking. It was pretty much the standard styles of beer and fancy hamburgers. Waitress seemed to be in a bad mood.
The food tasted really good. The beer was also pretty good. Two of the three I had were certainly above average. I would go there again for sure although not sure if it's a place you can make a habbit of.

An early dinner on Saturday.
Atmosphere: After some mild wrangling we ended up in a secluded table (crowded bar, no thanks). The first floor is large, plenty of tables and seating along with a big bar. The restrooms are unisex, grab an open door but be sure to lock it behind you.
Quality: Good staff, okay food and beer.
Service: Friendly and a regular at the table, I have no complaints about the service.
Selection: 6 house beers on tap. We worked through the winter bock, winter wheat, Bengal gold and lager. I liked the bockbier best with the sweet molassess finish of the winter wheat a close second.
Food: The aioli sauce on my burger was a little much, lingering a little longer than I'd like. The burger was decent though.
Nothing stand out, there are many better places in the Center/Old City area.

A short ride on the Market Street bus and I am in Olde City and a very short walk and I am at Triumph Brewing. I went to the downstairs bar. The atmosphere is hard to describe, industrial but warm at the same time. The tap selection to me at least was small and dissappointing. Since it was hot outside I tried both of the pilsners, the Uber and the German, I did like the German Pilsner.
For food I tried the fried pickles, I am a big fried pickle fan, and these were just okay. I also tried the white bean chimichanga, this I really liked, something different. The restrooms are really different, the first time I have seen Unisex in the U.S. A side note, why does everything cost so much more in Olde City.
