Full graceful tenderness, with a clean and neat taste, this ale will enchant you: matured in the bottle, exclusively obtained from pale malt, highly fermented and 100% natural. With a full-bodied flavor that still works thirst quenching, thanks to a balanced hoping. This pleasant golden ale is preferred by all who love heavier, somewhat seasoned and refreshing ale.

Perfect golden color and healthy head. Smell is malty with just a hint of raisin. Tasty and balanced. Some herbaceous quality. Very strong effervescence.

A good beer no doubt but not what I look for in a Tripel.
I think its thin and overly bitter finish really takes away from the style.
It looks like a clear yellow foamy lager in the glass.
I like my Tripels with a lot more funk substance than this

Pours with so much frothy head that it isn't drinkable for quite some time. Kind of a mess. Not looking forward to ever having this again.

Poured from 750 mL bottle into tulip.
A: It’s a live one! Foam quickly forms after opening, so beware! Pours a hazy yellow orange hue with 3+ inch billowy cream colored head with excellent retention.
S: Very aromatic with orange zest, coriander, fruity yeast, white pepper, honey, and delicate cracker malt.
T: Delicious fruit notes of pear, apple, orange, and hints of banana and peach. Honeyed malt, coriander, earthy white pepper, and a nice herbal hop note too.
M: Light body. Effervescent with layers of delicate fruit and honey sweetness overlaying a dry cracker malt. A touch of hop bitterness provides excellent balance. While very light on the palate, it still lingers and matures nicely.
D: An outstanding example of style! A superb tripel…one to enjoy on its own or pair with food.

Poured into a teku from a bottle with a date of June 29th, 2021, so almost 2.5 years old. The body and mouthfeel is perfect. Bitter but also refreshing. This would be perfect for a warm/hot day. A little more bitterness than I usually like, but it somehow works really well with the other flavors. I imagine this is amazing on tap. Definitely worth checking out.

330ml bottle into a tulip. Bottled 6/29/21, so over 2 years old.
Looks very nice, slightly cloudy pale amber body. Big head persists as a fat collar and covering. Aroma is a bit off, floral, almost perfumed. On tasting, very interesting beer. Initially there is a full sweet and floral taste. A dry spice note follows, and the finish is faintly bitter. Overall, and enjoyable and complex tripel.

I had this on draft 9/5/23 @ the Hopleaf.
Cloudy dull orange appearance.
Big khaki head; a thick curtain of tree-rung lacing remained.
Artisanal soap, fresh flowers, mild banana & faint clove notes in the rather bold nose.
Creamy medium mouthfeel.
Banana, cream, lemon & mild fresh flower flavors up front; dry clove notes on the finish.
Smelled a bit more interesting than it tasted, but overall this is a fine Tripel.
