Bottle bought in Japan.
Pours with a HUGE explosive fluffy white head. Pale golden with tons of small carbonation rising. Good lasting power of the head.
Aroma of hay, malts.
Taste is grassy with light hops, malts, yeast and hints of spices [orange, coriander].
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, cleaning and crisp.
Overall, very drinkable, sessionable.

A: one of the best looking beers I have seen for the style, a very big withe rocky head is formed with excellent retention and slow dissipation, traces are left all over the glass and a permanent layer is all the time present over the rich carbonated beer. Body is medium a little cloudy in a pale but a little shiny yellow color.
S: Yeast and malts as should maybe there are some other ingredients but nothing can be perceived at once.
T: It is good, one thing noticeable is that the real flavor takes a couple of seconds to invade the mouth, at first is a little simple or light but then changes
M: Sensation is not simple, start slowly and then some little sweetness changing slowly into a bittersweet ending that last really long.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a huge pure white foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of lightly sweet malt base with light fruity ester. Taste is a nice enough mix between some lightly sweet Belgian malt with a nice subtle touch of fruity ester and no discernible hops. Body is about average with great carbonation. Easily drinkable and very refreshing though limited complexity.

A golden, yellow beer with a fine lacey head.
A fruity smell with lots of exotic fruits and some grapes. Some solventy smells and a good dose of hop aroma.
Taste is fresh and fruity. The taste appears to be dominated by the Anker yeast, which adds an estery profile, which reminds me most of pears, grapes, mango and general exotic fruit. It goes towards the yeast profile of a strong pale ale like Duvel. The hops are quite aromatic and combine very well with the yeast profile.
