12 oz bottle from a BOMC, no date on the bottle. Poured into a Spiegelau hefeweizen glass.
Appearance: Hazy pale yellow. White head of 1 finger thickness. Moderate retention and lacing.
Smell: Lemons and wheat. No too much else.
Taste: A little citrus on the taste, pretty bready. Thin overall taste. Not worse than your average mass-produced Hef but not much better.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, moderate carbonation, heavy breadiness lingers on the palate afterwards.
Overall: Average hefeweizen. Not much else to say. Not something to avoid per-ce, but certainly nothing to seek out.

Hazy gold, off-white head steadily shrinks to foamy ring & wisps, a little lace.
Aroma is wheat/grain, flour and flowers, hint of bubblegum yeastiness.
Taste is nice grain up front, lightly spritzy-juicy apple and bubblegum fruitiness. Finish is pretty long. It is very solid and a nice wheat ale with some real hefeweizen quality.

Appearance - Pours a cloudy golden-orange color. I poured half of the beer vigorously and it foamed over the top.. Had to let it sit for a couple minutes. Highly carbonated.
Smell - At this point I'm pretty buzzed so my smell may be a little off.. I can only smell some citrus, maybe orange, and wheat. Nothing else stands out.
Taste - I taste some clove and citrus. Maybe some orange and has a slight bitter aftertaste. There's other spices I can't point out.
Mouthfeel - Foams up way too much just from a single sip. It's hard to tell how thick the beer is..
Overall - It has a decent flavor but the carbonation is overbearing. I seen another review where the guy said his beer didn't have any carbonation so I'm assuming his was old.

On-tap in Lodi.
A: Served a hazy dirty lemon color with a thin bubbly white head that fizzed away pretty quickly leaving a good collar but no lace.
S: Sweet smelling like cane sugar and dried mangos. Actually this smells a lot like dried mango!
T: Doughy tasting, almost like pancake batter. I get notes of citrus and orange as well. The mango from the nose translates into the taste as well, and is easily picked out.
M: Tingly, bubbly carbonation that froths up a bit in my mouth. The body is medium-thick and the mouth is soft overall.
O: Not the best heff but it went down easy enough. Even my fiancé thought it tasted and smelled like mango.

The so-called most popular beer at Snowshoe. Very light color almost a lager with little head to it. I couldn't pick out anything in the smell. It had very faint hints of Hefeweizen and lager flavors but too weak. The beer really didn’t offer much as it lacked anything unique or flavorful. Very light body with almost no carbonation and a bitter flat aftertaste. Almost a non-beer drinkers beer.

A-Pour hazy light amber with almost no head. No lacing either. Bad sign for a hefe.
S-Acrid. Old stale grain, sharp citric acidity.
T/M-Not as bad as the nose suggests, but not very good either. Heavy, flat yeasty mouthfeel, one dimensional wheat flavor. That's all you're getting with Snoweizen. Almost no carbonation. I can't help but think more carbonation would make this a vastly better beer.
O-Not sure what's going on with the nose on this beer, but it's unappealing. The flavor profile is limited to say the least, and the lack of carbonation is the last nail in the coffin. Won't be retrying this one.

12oz bottle, twist-off, no freshness date, pint glass.
Hazy applejuice with a caking hefeweizen cap that faded to a disappointing white ring.
Wheaty whole grain bread, green apples, cake, banana.
Flavors of wheat bread, banana, and surprise, banana bread. Green apple, apricot, and white cake are also here.
A very full mouthfeel.
Excellent drinkability; full of fruit and cakey-ness but nothing to bowl you over. Make your summer more interesting while buying local.

A- Pours a cloudy golden yellow with no head to speak of and no lacing.
S- The smell comes across as wheat and citrus
T/M- Taste is defiantly wheat but somewhat watery taste. Carbonation is light crisp and refreshing
D- This beer is very light which would make it good in the summer when you could drink a lot of them and be very refreshed

Pours a cloudy gold brew.
Smell is spicy ginger and with a cracker scent. Faint citrus scent and clean smelling.
Taste is American wheat beer with a clear flavor of wheat. Neutral wheat malt flavor with a light cirrus tang to it. Solid bitterness in the finish.
Mouthfeel is good.
Drinkability is better than expected. Nothing here but a well executed American wheat beer with a light clean flavor and no defects. A good summer thirst quenching beer.

The beer pours a Chill hazed lemon yellow color with a modest white head that is also semi-creamy and it erodes quite quickly leaving behind a fine sheet of lace to cover the glass. Nose is citrus crisp, lemon like if you please, lightly malted, and as is the slightly sweet start, top is quite thin, and bodes ill for this beer. Finish is mild in its acidity, the hops meek in their spicy bite, dry and somewhat tart aftertaste that lingers on far too long, just to thin waisted for my liking.

Orange gold color. Small white foamy head. Aroma is fruity, grassy and sweet. A lighter bodied American Wheat. Malts are fruity and spicy. Hops are slightly spicy. Mild tasting, fairly average wheat beer. Nothing really objectionable in the flavor. Mild, light and refreshing. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

The bottle pours a hazy yellowish body with a light orange cast and a creamy, bright-white head that drops readily to just a collar but leaves some spotty lace as well. Wheatish malt dominates the nose; accentuated by some sharp fruitiness and a touch of soft bubblegum. The body is medium/light; and the fine lightly effervescent carbonation tingles the tongue. The flavor delivers a sweetish malt that's accentuated by yeasty fruitiness, bubblegum, and light cloveish spice; and balanced by a mild tartness and low-key bitterness. Unique!
