A - Light copper brown with an average to below average sized white foamy head. Decent retention and a nice lacing left.
S - A good amount of herbal and floral hop smells. A little sour.
T - There is a slight malt base that isn't too obvious when you first sip it. Good amount of floral and herbal hops upfront. A bit of citrus (a good amount of lemon rind) then comes out. After drinking it for a while, some bread taste come out in the finish.
M - Light body with adequate carbonation. Slightly smooth and a bit drying.
D - Pretty nice, well balanced bitter flavors. Leaves me thirsty after drinking it, and reaching for some more.
Notes: Not a bad beer, not quite similar to a British bitter, but not too different either.

The colour is pale amber; the low head is white and the liquid is clear.
The smell is a bit sour with notes of mixed fruits and a touch of earth cellar.
The first taste is fresh and hoppy. Light notes of exotic fruits and some dry malty flavours. Is this dry hopped? Dry somewhat bitter notes of gooseberries. The clean aftertaste got fine bitter notes and an interesting flavour of biscuits with a sweet hint.
The carbonation is light with lots of bubbles. The liquid is semi-smooth.
An appetizing classic English bitter with a modern twist. Well crafted!
