The label states: "Almighty, a uniqe blend between Monks Russioa Imperial Porter and Goose Island Bourbon County Stout Vanilla and Mackmyra Jubileum 2009".
A: Pours pitch black, almost a bit syrupy. No head what so ever - hence the lack of lacings...
S: Hard roasted dark malts, rather sweet. Rasins and figs are some of the rich dark dried fruits in this heavy fruit-cakey smell. Molasses and black coffee. Some vanilla. The Whisky from Mackmyra that the label states, is no where to be found.
T: Wow, so sweet and syrupy - it feels like drinking molasses. Hard roasted dark malts, quite some vanilla together with the strong black coffee. The first thing that hits your mouth must come from the Whisky.
M: Aftertaste is short. Body is full, very full and carbonation is on vacation. This is so smooth, like drinking syrup.
O: Very nice and well blended. I really like the smoothness.
