12oz bottle with no date into mason jar
Look is a slightly dark brown-red with a small khaki head. Smell is bready sweet malt, grass, dry leaves. Taste is light crisp banana, pumpkin, caramel rolls, dry leaves and grass in the finish. Slightly creamy feel, cloying finish.
Not a large depth of taste, but immensely enjoyable, for me at least.

Appearance - Pours a dark copper/amber color with a VERY small, frothy head that dissipates instantly. The lacing is alright..
Smell - Sweet, tangy, malty, caramel, and dark fruits.
Taste - Very sweet, feint caramel flavor, light toasted malts, and a light alcohol aftertaste with barely any bitterness.
Mouthfeel - Light body and light carbonation. This beer is pretty watery.
Overall - I'm surprised that I actually like this. I thought it was going to have a strong alcohol flavor but they hide it pretty well. I wouldn't mind giving this a second try.

Clear, orange tinted amber with a creamy looking khaki colored head with a few large bubbles in the smooth surface and some fine lace on the glass. Sweet toasty grain and sweet maltiness in the aroma. Sweet and mild with a touch of white fleshed fruit and honey sweetness with a faint touch of floral hops in the finish. Really light and a little too fizzy for my liking. Pretty average fare here, not much for the typical BA but not a bad beer either.

A=Light copper with a thin layer of whitish foam.
S=Tangy zest presence.
T=Wow...smooth. I'm not familiar with this style, but it was flavorful with a bite/tang to it; nice hops presence in background. I re-tried their signature Rathskellar Ale after this one, and the Busted Knuckle was much more to my liking.
M=Smooth, light, modest carbonation.
O=A definite re-buy if I can find in bottles. Will be added to my rotation, probably in March for St. Patrick's Day.

Sampled 10/9/2010 at the brewpub.
Pours amber/orange, lots of head that slowly settles and leaves some lacing.
Aroma is a bit cherry like, caramel, malt, slight pine.
Flavor is caramel, thin, CO2, fruit, bitter, faint hint of roast (barely).
Body is thin, smooth, highly carbonated, almost drinkable.
Tick.
