A: A deep, dark black with a nice chocolate head

S: Sweet, dark chocolate, cinnamon, coffee, oatmeal

T: Pretty sweet, especially with the dark chocolate, but not too sweet. After the initial sweetness, there is some nice roasted malts, the oatmeal backbone and some other sweet and bitter flavors.

M: Very thick and creamy. Little carbonation. Goes down easy.

Overall: Excellent stout. This was my first offering from HF after a friend from the area suggested them. I definitely recommend this for anyone who wants a darker, heavier stout that's on the sweet side, but not too sweet. Definitely a sipping stout and I made it last.
