Served this Pilsner on tap, at the brewery, in a pint glass. Poured a clear golden color, produced an average head and had poor retention and left a below average amount of lacing on the pint glass. The aroma consisted of malted cereal grains and a slight note of grassy hops. Light in body, this Pilsner had a base of malted grain, and some grassy hops. Overall decent session beer, merely average in terms of craft brewed Pilsners.

Pours a bright yellow gold with a smallish white head. Fairly large bubbles rise to retain the head. Nice sweet grass aroma, some wet grain, and a little metallic twang. Spot on pilsner aroma. The entry is round, mouth is prickly. Taste is lightly metallic up front softening to slightly sour grass. Pretty darn good pilsner! Could go at this for awhile. Break out the grill.

11 Point Pilsner pours to a nice golden straw color with perfect clarity and a nose that is exactly what one would expect for the style, with noble hops and a peppery/spice character that jumps out with the first whiff. The foam is not the best and doesn’t last long, but does leave a little bit of lacing on your glass.
This beer has many of the taste characteristics one would expect in a pilsner. The flavor is crisp, clean, and offers the flavors of pale malt, grains, and spicy hops. The flavor of noble hops is what stands out and keeps you interested, as the beer’s malt base is okay, but not anything exceptional.
This is certainly a good session pilsner. It may not rank among the very best I have tried, but I like it enough to recommend and it is certainly a good go- to beer for everyday consumption.

I poured a bottle into a pilsner glass.
Appearance- Clear, golden color with a fingers worth of head. Very little head retention. Light amount of clingy lacing.
Smell- Moderate grain aroma with a hint of grass.
Taste- Grain with a touch of hops for balance.
Mouthfeel- Light bodied, slightly dry with an average amount of carbonation.
Overall- Decent but not outstanding. Slightly more flavor than a typical adjunct lager.
