Aroma: somewhat muted. Floral. Fruity nose.. Orange peel, lemon zest.

Looks: Beautiful! A perfect copper coloured Beer with an off-white, fluffy cloud-like head floating on the top. A good thick head with excellent head retention. It left a sheet of lace covering most of one side of the glass.

Taste: Lemony, citrusy hop flavours, and some, just a touch of spicy hops too. All of that works nicely with it's nutty caramel malt flavour. It ends with a nice long bitter finish, a mildly bitter finish.

Mouthfeel: Light-medium bodied. Lower than average carbonation that feels nice and soft on the palate. Small bubbles.

Overall, I think it's a nice mild IPA.

Pours a deep good with dense micro bubbles formed on top. Nice was retention and lots of lacing. Nose is non descript with mild notes of bready grain, light earthy hops, some caramel. Taste is smooth and light in the flavor department. Light hop bitterness paired with mild caramel. Mouthfeel is the only place this beer excels, very smooth and somewhat creamy. Overall, an easy drinker for sure but relatively absent of flavor for an IPA.
