Very pretty dark amber beer with a big, rocky off-white head. Head is fairly long-lasting.

Smells of caramel, malt and fruit but also has some metallic aroma.

Taste was a disappointment for me. Yes it's malt forward but kind of tame. Just a hint of bitterness and no hop flavor to speak of. Some flavor notes of toffee, vanilla, and bread.

Really thin, watery mouthfeel. I was expecting some texture and flavors that stick to the palate.

Drinkable, yes, but more like a session beer.
