look: 4.75 | smell: 4.75 | taste: 4.75 | feel: 4.5 | overall: 4.75
A: Almost pitch black with a kahki head of 1/2 finger depth. Not much retention or lacing.
S: Roasty malts, caramel, sweet dark chocolate, a little alcohol, very nice aroma.
T: Roasy malts along with the smell, nice dark chocolate and toffee, just really great. A little bitterness lingers.
M: Moderate carbonation, a little more than necessary, but otherwise a nice full body with good smooth texture and a nice finish.
O: This is equal to, if not better than, FIS. I'm just really, really loving this brew. It's hard to improve upon. Very nice.
