Paid $1.69 for a 12oz. bottle

The appearence looks pretty average on the start with the lager-colored base and small white head, but the beautiful lacing during the drink was quite a nice sight. The aroma was really charming in this one; aromatic blend fruity-lemony and sweetness poured in a pint glass, one of the best smells I've ever had.

The taste is a lot of fruits, mainly acidic fruits also that sweetness is there too, it kind of feels like a little-mixed drink is in the bottle; quite interesting! The mouthfeel is nice on the palette, especially at a 6.9% ABV and the drinkability isn't as high, because it is that fruity, where more probably isn't better.

Final Thought: This was my first IPA ever, my first Stone brew ever; and it won't be the last... ever....

Poured chilled in standard ale glass

A: dark orange; very little head; carb is good, but the bubbles are inert; little lacing
S: very hoppy, lively; aroma lasts quite a while; promises much in the way of hops
T: sweet, intense IPA; quite lively; strong in the finishing hops
M: viscous, thick mouthfeel

This is an amazing IPA, but to be had only on occasion, because of the intensity
