look: 4.25 | smell: 4.5 | taste: 4.25 | feel: 4.25 | overall: 4.5
Appearance: Clear, orange body with a substantial white head that stays around for a while, before dissipating into a ring around the sides of the glass. Good lacing.
Smell: A dense hop nose with some floral citrus, pine, and a little resiny as well. Light, sweet malt noticeable, and some great fruity esters as well.
T/M: Big bitterness up front, followed by some pronounced floral/citrus rind hop notes, light body but smooth. The finish is lingering bitterness, more citrus hops, and a subtle sweet malt. Dry finish.
Overall: Great beer, and so damn easy to get. I frequently pass this one up for other IPAs I have not tried yet, but here in Montana, this one is hard to beat. Stone, what would I do without you?

look: 2.5 | smell: 4.5 | taste: 4.5 | feel: 3.5 | overall: 4
Poured chilled in standard ale glass
A: dark orange; very little head; carb is good, but the bubbles are inert; little lacing
S: very hoppy, lively; aroma lasts quite a while; promises much in the way of hops
T: sweet, intense IPA; quite lively; strong in the finishing hops
M: viscous, thick mouthfeel
This is an amazing IPA, but to be had only on occasion, because of the intensity
