At Churchkey DC on draft poured into a tulip

A-Pours a clear golden hue with a finger and half of off white head.

S-Strong, nearly overwhelming, smells of sage, rosemary and thyme with a background of Belgian yeast and lemon pepper.

T-All the herbs, lemon pepper and yeast blend beautifully into a flavor unique from anything I've tasted before.

M-Dry and light allowing the herbs to shine before a lovely crisp finish.

O-Very unique Saison and would definitely recommend to fans of the style looking for something different.

Looks good with a bright golden color, big, fluffy head and good lacing. Smell of hoppy citrus and lots of herbs also. A little herb, spice, hop bite on the tongue too which was nice and a dry finish. Very smooth I enjoyed this beer and would definitely have this again.

A: Clear-golden with a frothy head approximately one finger-bredth in height. Decent head retention and fine lacing on the side of the glass.

S: Sharp lemony scent with hint of herbal undertones (foremost, rosemary).

T: Crisp, prominent citrus and herbal flavors, with subtle honey-like sweetness. Slightly bitter aftertaste.

M: Full-bodied but clean and refreshing.

O: A pleasant and moderately complex saison, refreshing when imbibed fresh out of the refrigerator, but permit it to drift toward room temperature to appreciate its more subtly nuanced elements.
