Notes from last weekend; my third from Elevator.
This is the first I've had that didn't look good. It's not bad, but the hazy medium-yellow brew's head doesn't rise particularly high or last particularly long, but fades to a foam somewhat quickly and leaves just enough spotty lacing to make for an average look.
A little grainy with some lemon and an off sort of cereal note; it's almost like toasted oat, only obviously no oat but that note of it found in some boxes of cereal.
Grainy in the flavor as well, the bright, tangy and lightly sour lemon note does some good to a beer that otherwise threatens to slide into the blandness typical of the style. Fortunately, it stops short, but it's no Gumballhead.
It's light, yes, but crisp and refreshing at the same time and the carbonation is consistent. There's enough smoothness to keep it rolling on the tongue and keep from being boring.

Second beer from Elevator!
This pours out a slightly hazy yellow with orange hues and a little bit of white head.
The aroma is full of malt and wheat, but not really any hops.
Taste is very similar; the malt is upfront and then slight hints of hops, followed by wheat and earthy notes.
Very refreshing, but nothing spectacular. It's a solid beer, but I probably wouldn't buy this again.

12 ounce bottle, picked up as a single at the Kroger in Pickerington. Served in a pint glass, the beer pours a slightly hazy golden color with a huge frothy white head. I had to let the head settle a bit before pouring the rest of the beer into the glass. The head stayed around a while, and there's a lot of lacing. The brew smells like citrusy hops (grapefruit, lemon peel), wheat, and some cloves. The taste is pretty much just like the aroma, but I think the wheat flavor is strongest, then the citrusy hops, and then a bit of clove. Mouthfeel/body is light, with a high level of carbonation. I think it would be better if the carbonation was lowered some. I still think it's a pretty decent brew, I'll likely buy this again in the future.

Pours a light yellow with a frothy white head that fades pretty quickly. The smell is hops and yeast up front, mostly hops, with citrus notes. The flavor is a nice mix of yeast and hops, a great balance blending for a unique beer. A lighter mouthfeel, a well balanced beer. Overall an enjoyable beer, good flavor, and easy drinker.

Served from the bottle into a weizen glass
A- Poured a very clear pale straw yellow with lots of streaming carbonation. Small soapy head that dissipated instantly, left no lace
S- Very clove dominant
T- Clove, citrusy flavor, and buttery
M- Smooth, goes down easy, does not finish dry
O- Very drinkable and sessionable. There is a citrus flavor but this is not a hoppy american wheat ale as it is advertised, no astringency or hoppiness that stays with you after each sip.

Blind beer #7 (part of Blind BIF #6)
12 oz bottle warmed up a bit, poured into my Narke tulip.
A - Crystal clear school bus yellow with a two fingered bubbly head. Complete lacing around the glass as I drink. Beautiful beer. Only knock is that I wish I could see a bit more effervescence. 4.5
S - Grass, sourdough bread, jasmine and herbal tea. Definitely seemed heavily hopped at first, but those aromas dissipated quickly. I'm thinking a "heavily hopped" belgian pale, or maybe a belgian IPA...After a bit, I'm thinking the belgian yeast that I get is actually some really resinous hops, or possibly some herbs. Pretty sure there's cascade in here, but that's all I recognize. 3.5
T - Vanilla, tea and oak and then an awesome floral hop finished. This is incredibly well balanced and not overly bitter. Tons of hop flavor here. Definitely some honey. Kind of reminds me of the prism honey IPA, but not sure if they started bottling yet. There is definitely some kind of herb or tea in this beer. If it were straight hops, I need to figure out what they are and start using them in my homebrew. 3.5
M - Perfectly carbonated for my tastes. Medium body with a good bit of residual sugar giving it some oomph and feel. There's actually a bit of alcohol I taste which is the only real knock against this beer. Feels like a 6% beer, but the heat is like 9-10%. 3.5
O - Aside from the booze, this is a pretty drinkable beer. Very well balanced with the bitterness and sweetness and I enjoy this. Not insanely complex, but there's a good bit going on that makes me want more and more. 3.5
Final guess: No specific, but some sort of honey/tea/herbal IPA that I haven't had

A-Pours a clear gold with a thin white head with nice retention.
S-Grainy, biscuity malt with some lemony hops.
T-Lots of bready malt in the front, almost like a liquid cheerio. Not terribly hoppy, some earthiness in the finish and a whiff of citrus.
M-Light bodied, moderate carbonation.
O-Pretty decent overall. Not as hoppy as advertised, but an easy drinking beer nonetheless.

12 ounce bottle from Ryan011235 poured into a DFH snifter. Hazy light amber with a soft cap of creamy white head. Fair retention and scattered snowy patches of lacing.
The nose reveals a powerful dose of Amarillo dry hopping that at times almost overpowers tangy wheat and a nice spiciness. In the end, it works pretty well, though. A touch of funk in the background? Yep, the funk is pronounced, almost like it was spiked with brett. The funk doesn't work well with the style and dominates the brew to an unpleasant degree. Tangy wheat and grapefruit and a crisp, crackly body fight for attention. I'd love to give this stuff another try sometime; I suspect something may have gone amiss with this bottle.

12 oz. bottle, 5.5% abv. Clear, vibrant gold color. Some fine bubbles streaming to the surface. White rocky head holds well, and leaves some nice patches of lace.
Cereal grain aroma, some citrusy notes, although faint. Maybe an earthy edge.
Pale malt, a bit grainy. Citrusy hops come in very smoth and add to the flavor, without a great deal of bitterness. A slight earthy and herbal finish.
Medium body with a good amount of carbonation. Pretty well balanced and easy to drink. Not bad.

Aroma: Sour lemony smell. Lots of citrus a little bit of spice.
Appearance: Pale gold color. Dumped some sediment from bottom of bottle into beer, which made it slightly hazy. Otherwise, it would have been clear. Lots of bubbles. Thick, chunky white head, lots of caked on lacing.
Flavor: Grainy, toasty ,bready flavors. Lemony tartness. Bitterness is medium-high. Light herbal character.
Mouthfeel: Dry Medium low mouthfeel. Alcohol not noticeable.
Overall: This isn't your standard American Wheat this has quite a bit of flavor. Very refreshing. I could see myself quaffing quite a few of these on a hot summer day.

Presentation: Thanks to Doctor Dog to passing this one my way. Poured from a 12oz brown bottle into a Shaker pint glass. Label depicts a blond goateed man riding a motorcycle and carrying a "USA" flag. No freshness date.
Appearance: Pours with 2 fingers of nearly white, dense head. This settles very slowly, essentially just condensing a slight amount and leaving behind thick, sticky lacing. The beer itself is a bright yellow with a slight cloudiness. Some sediment remains in the bottle.
Smell: Lemon citrusy nose with hints of mango and kiwi. Slightly sweet malt with a mild wheat twang and hints of bubblegum esters.
Taste: Mild citrus spice upfront leads to along and lingering mild malt sweetness with bready undertones. Medium hop bitterness throughout.
Mouthfeel: Average carbonation level. Body is very good.
Drinkability: Nice crisp and refreshing beer that has enough depth to savor.
