Served on tap at the pub. This beer is a Saison made with 4 different types of peppercorns (Black, White, Green and Pink, is this a Resevoir Dogs beer?) in the boil and later. Poured a light copper color and had a short off-white head that had moderate retention which left good lacing.
Other than the pepper notes I didn't find anything overly good or bad about the aroma. The flavors were clearly featured, but not heavily dominated by, the pepper. The usual funk for the style was there and made a good counter-point for the peppery goodness. The pepper was most noticeable on the finish and lingered on the tongue for a few moments.
The body was typical for the style. The drinkability was very good, but depending on your taste for pepper, having several would be good or off-putting. Certainly worth trying if see it and worth a drive to the pub if you don't live in Seattle.
