Barriques offers about 60 different styles of microbrews, with about half from Wisconsin and half from other parts of the country.
A=This last visit I only went to check out their beer assortment, but it is a cozy cafe atmosphere for coffee, soups, etc....
Q=Their assortment of quality microbrews include New Glarus, Lake Louie, Lakefront, and Ale Asylum, to name a few, but also Lagunitas, Three Floyds, etc....
S=No one asked me if they could help me...that said, their beer selection was pretty easy to see.
S=Very nice...about 60 microbrews, all kept refrigerated...plus singles available.
V-6-packs were typically in the $8.99-$9.99 range, typical for Madison.

I have a friend who lives out past this place on McKee and a few clients that bring me to that area about 10 minutes from dowtown quite a bit.
Its in a mini upscale strip that includes a nice restaurant and a cool family owned bakery (and a subway). This Barriques version is my favorite. It has great coffee, really awesome lunch options, a bunch of wine, condiments and general schwag, and a few overflowing coolers of beer.
This place sticks out on the west side to me. Its always a cool relaxed atmosphere and is never overcrowded. Its just a terrific place to come grab a bite, a cup of coffee, and a few quality beers to go.
I dont use service for beer shopping usually but the employees are very pleasant to interact with. It's a cool place for sure and most of the staff seems to reflect that atmosphere.
Not a huge beer selection but without a doubt noteworthy. Decent singles/bombers collection with a handful of locals and randoms. Two Brothers 2004 Wheat Wine is available here, above average rogue selection, a few of the sprecher 750s, new glarus 750s, three floyds bombers. All the local goods available in 6 packs, dark horse 6 packs, a handful of good bells and founders, a few jolly pumpkin beers available in 6 packs and 750s, lots of sierra nevada and lagunitas. No macro of any sort I dont think, pretty well focused on good, mostly domestic, micros.
As mentioned, I really enjoy this place as a lunch stop. Great coffee, though I like to see a little more variety. Fair Trade and Organic offerings usually. Well made and quality sandwiches with good fresh sides. Great scones for the morning stop. No complaints to date.
