3rd batch.
The colour is amber, the liquid is almost clear. The off-white head is finger thick. Some lacing.
The smell is malty. Some fruits and vanilla candy. Some bitter notes with British hops. A bit unbalanced.
The taste is light in a British thirst drenching way. Dry notes of tea, some sweetness. Low body. Sour hints. Fresh fruits and a light dry bitterness in the aftertaste. Wood in the finish.
The carbonation is medium strong, the bubbles are small. The liquid is light to mid-smooth.
A surprisingly light ESB: I have heard that the two previous batches of this beer were stronger flavoured.
