Bought a bomber of this for around $5. Pours a mostly see through yellow/orange, smallish white head to it. Not much in the aroma department. Taste is alright, bit of an odd mouthfeel. Somehow manages to not be overly hoppy, but no maltiness to back it up either. A bit of a confusing beer, the hops just do not shine through like you'd expect. Would be hard to recommend this one.

Pours a bright orange amber, slightly cloudy with a 1 finger dissipating head.

Smells Pine, woody, slightly herbal grapefruit with some honey and toffee. Pretty nice smelling actually but there is a very slight medicinal note.

Tastes of pine and orange,lemon,grapefruit right away. Slight herbal and rye bread. Burnt note on the back end. I can't get over a medicinal note on the aftertaste that is dragging the beer down.

Mouthfeel is fairly sticky. Light enough to keep it drinkable.

Overall, This is a fair ipa. Nothing I would seek out again unless I could try it again on tap. If your a fan of Ninkasi, I would try it. It could be my least favorite of their beers.
