Pours a clear straw color from a 12 oz green bottle. White foamy head that dissipates in a few minutes to a thin white layer. Some lacing, but not much.

Smells malty, with hints of grass and hops.

Clean, crisp taste, with a mild sweet finish typical of a German helles. Hints of biscuits in the after taste, with a dry finish. No bitterness at all.

Mouthfeel is very good. Crisp, a little thin, and some carbonation that hits the back of my throat.

Not the best Helles I've ever had, but certainly easy to find in the US, and a good example of the style. Smooth and easy to drink.

12oz bottle into a guinness pint glass.

Pours a crisp golden color with a 1 inch white head. Nice fruity, refreshing smell. you know this beer will go down smooth. Taste is as anticipated from the nose, lemony with a perfect mix of hops and malts. a tad bitter, very good. on the lighter side of medium bodied and the lighter side of medium on the carbonation.

Overall just a good, enjoyable beer. Nothing world class but it's just solid and a brew I think almost any kind of palate would enjoy.
