We stopped on the way to the airport for lunch. While not exactly cozy, it's a cool brewery atmosphere. A big operation with huge tanks and offices upstairs. All quite slick and prosperous looking. I liked all the big graphics of beer labels around the walls, boxes of beers, a cooler full of beers, T-shirts on the walls. My favorite was the big artwork for "Yard Sale" winter lager.
Efficient lunch operation: each person fills out the form to make your sandwich their own creation. Not bad (skip the "sourdough") and take along the other half to eat on the plane.
The tap selection was served in nice tall logo glasses instead of the usual yabbo pints. On tap that day was pale ale, wheat, kolsch, porter, black lager, brown, amber wheat, and the Wyld. Bottles of these and stronger ales to take home. A pleasant place in Nowheresville, UT.

The setup of this place and decor is cut and dry, but somehow, that seems to come off in a Uinta kind of way and doesn't go into bland and boring territory. There were, 8 taps available, from what I can recall. Food is the standard sandwich fare that breweries offer in order to also offer alcohol. I will say that the bread was as fresh as it could be. Kind of hit my tastebuds in a surprising way. Anyways. This is a decent stop on the SLC scene. I mean, how many of them are there in the city? Regardless. It's a chill spot, and you might as well hit it up.

Stop #328 on my world brewery tour.
Visited around 6:00 on a Tuesday. At the time, they closed at 7 and only served food at lunch. A handful of people at the small bar and once I had my beers, made my way to a comfy couch in the back below a window to the impressive brewery setting. Man, I love stainless steel.
I went with what appeared to be an unfiltered Kolsch, an IPA, and a porter. All the beers were excellent although it's challenging to make a balanced IPA at 4% alcohol.
Would be nice if they had more/better views into the brewing area.
My bill for 3 ~16 beers was $6.
Go to the nearby Red Iguana for killer Mexican food (Mole Poblano or any of their Mole's)

Located in an industrial park south of the city, the nav system took me on a route that had me wondering if I was going to find the brewery.
Once there the brewery has a tasting room with a limited menu. The tasting room was very industrial/ warehouse decor with a small indoor area with a few tables and a bar. The outside patio area was a little larger with a few more tables.
The inside area also made room for a pool table and dart area. The atmosphere at 1:00 PM was very loud with a large crowd eating lunch.
The all of the Unita brews were available with the exception of the high ABV beer, that you have purchase outside of Utah( great state laws, at least they sell beer now). There were 9 to 10 brews on tap and a a nice bottle selection of their brews.
Service was very good for as crowded as it was. the staff was friendly, helpful and in good spirits.
Food selection was limited to soup and sandwiches. The clam chowder was very good. Prices are very reasonable.
Overall this was a very good experience, I'd recommend taking the drive out of town to stop by. Lunch is served 11- 3.

Did not know I could review this brewery. Been here a few times. It's a nice little place with a bar and a few tables, also a pool table. There are about 8 beers on tap. Some are only available on the site. The bartender there is a really nice guy, and got me a sixer of some Bristlecone Brown Ale, which was only available in a Fall/Winter Sampler. They also have chili and sandwiches for sale. They also have some sweatshirt's and tee's for sale as well. If you are in the area, take a stop by, highly recommended.

It took a little while to find this place, it is not located close to downtown Salt Lake City, like some of the other Brew Pubs. They had several beers on tap. Two of the beers that they make they are not allowed to sell or included in the samplers becasue they have to high of a percentage and have to be sold in liquor stores. The bar tender was very helpful, he went and got the phonebook and looked up the address of some of the liquor stores in town that might have carried the beers that they could not include in the sampler or carry at there location.
