Appearance - This is a light orange color with little head.
Smell - The aroma is very faint, almost undetectable, but is made up light grain and a small whiff of cheap honey.
Taste - The honey comes out more at the taste but it is stale, or maybe it's the grain that's stale. Something is stale and nothing tastes particularly appealing.
Mouthfeel - This is light-bodied with some fizzy carbonation.
Sinkability - I'm a hard sell on a honey blonde lager to begin with and this didn't help the cause. The ingredients came across as cheap and the flavors didn't work well together.

(Served in a bowtie glass)
A- This beer pours a crystal clear caramel colored hue with a sea of slow bubbles supporting a lumpy meringue of off-white heat that last a good bit.
S- The clean nose has hints of dried corn and some faint green papery hops with a cream note coming through the finish as it warms.
T- The dry slightly sulfur taste has some raw barley and corn notes in the finish with some dry mead taste growing as it opens and blending with a carbonic acid taste.
M- The light mouthfeel has a crisp fizz and no real alcohol heat to it.
O- This beer is light and clean but doesn’t really have any character to it and didn’t have much honey or malt flavors in there at all.

Pours a two finger white head that fades quickly to a ring leaving some lace. Nearly clear amber color. Light carbonation and light-medium bodied. Honey and citric nose, flavor is light honey and malt with light hops at finish. $2.39 for a 12oz bottle from Julio's Liquors Westborough, MA. Best by 6/1/2013.

This brew pours a deep copper/orange with a tiny head which quickly dissipates. Very minimal lacing on the glass.
The smell is a hint of orange, wheat, grass, bread and sweet malts.
The taste is sweet with a pretzel like bread taste. There is a little orange in the flavor, sweet and roasted malts and sadly, very little honey.
The mouthfeel is somewhat bready and somewhat thin at the same time. There is a lot of carbonation amounting to too much fizz. There is also a dry feeling left in the mouth after swallowing.
Overall this beer is plain and fails to impress. In spite of the promise of honey given by the label, there is very little honey in the taste. The bready and sweet malts are not bad along with the pretzel and orange taste but I won't be drinking this brew again.

L- Slightly hazy copper color with a medium size off white head. Head fades rapidly but leaves some lace on the glass.
S- Faint aroma of honey and citrus.
T- Mild malt and hints of sweet honey, not complex but straightforward from the beginning to the finish. Finish is slightly sweet and clean.
M- Medium in body and carbonation.
O- I was expecting a bit more from this, at 4.0% ABV it could be a session beer but not really interesting enough for me to want another one.

Best before 6/21/13.
Pours a slightly hazy orange with a foamy beige head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Foamy streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt and an earthy honey aroma. Taste is much the same with a citrus flavor on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is an average beer with a decent honey aroma but I am not getting any distinct honey flavors from this one.

I do not remember where I picked this up (much like having the clap), but Uinta has hit PA in a big way! The Mormons have a solid foothold and good understanding of where to ship their beer for maximum sales. I dri. nk this in honor of my honey honey, the Old Lady, who is not just a hot number, but also an apiarist, a meadarist, a homebrewer and an all-around Doll. Love ya and miss ya lots.
From the bottle: "Brewed with ORGANIC barley, hops & honey"; "USDA Organic"; "Ale Brewed with Honey"; "For Best Flavor Enjoy in a Glass"; "Brewed with RENEWABLE POWER"; "Earth, Wind and Beer"; "Stung by Uinta Brewing Co.".
I was curious - if an inverted Glug causes beer from a CAN to mimic a cascade, what would happen if I inverted a bottle? Pretty much the same thing, except that it seems to shoot out of the neck of the bottle as though it is propelled by gunpowder! I really had to take drastic action as the head began to rise to the top of the glass much more quickly than anticipated and the cascade was not converting to liquid fast enough. DON'T PANIC! DON'T ANYBODY PANIC! IT'S ALL UNDER CONTROL! or so I told myself, hoping for the best. It actually turned into one of the best pours of my career. I had a dense, tawny finger of head that seemed determined not only to hang in, but also to create some lovely lacing in its wake. Color was the sort of amber in which you see Paleozoic insects preserved along with NE-quality clarity. Nose had the honey-like smell of well-made lagers, but I knew/remembered that this was an ale. Clover honey, perhaps? There was a slightly perfume-y/flowery aspect to the nose. Mouthfeel was kind of thin and limp for the style, not quite flat, but not a lot of carbonation, either. The taste was light, honey-like, but very unobtrusive. Finish had that same spring garden flowery perfuminess to it that I noted on the nose. Now, I am really curious as to what my Honey Honey might think of it as I am sure that she could do better. This needs to be tweaked to bring out the flavors more prevalently. I felt like I was now ready to drink a beer upon finishing this one.

Pours an orange hued golden with a foamy white head and light lacing.
Fairly subtle all around. But crisp, clean crackery, grain malt notes with faint sweetness from the honey and malts and a lightly floral character as well.
Medium body, mild foamy carbonation.
A well done blonde ale, good for warm weather. Easy drinking, with an enjoyable flavor profile.

Poured from a 12oz bottle into a duvel glass.
A: pours a slightly hazy coppery golden/orange with about of finger of white head that does down quick.... Some nice lacing.... Appearance kinda reminds me of honey.
S: I get a lot of dry, doughy bready yeastyness, Grains? And a hint of sweetness. A very mild nose overall.
T: grain, oats, breadiness, a touch of honey on the end, I get a bit of floralness in there too with the organic wild flower honey.
M: medium body with medium sharp carbonation, deffinatly leavs a dryness in the mouth, very light finish, almost pushing watery.
O: this isn't a bad beer, but it's not great either, I wish the honey was kicked up a few notches and that the bready Malts took more of a backseat.... The base beer here is a blonde, btw, like I said not a bad beer but overall I felt it could of been better.
Now that I look back I see this is a 4 percent session beer, I'm not a big session beer guy,
That's probably why I didn't like this so much.... But I suppose for a session beer it's not bad.
