Crisp, light-bodied, and immensely refreshing, our small batch Lime Pilsner combines a subtle malty sweetness with hints of fresh lime for a little splash of summertime in a can.

Pours a very cloudy straw color, soapy head that quickly dissipates to just a little ring around the glass.
Nose is lime, as one would guess, but it is a nice refreshing lime scent not overdone by any means. Get very little of anything else on the nose, maybe just a light maltiness, if that.
Taste is again a nice balanced lime flavor, but there is more pale malt presence that I would've expected from just the nose.
The mouthfeel is light but it drinks quite nice, not watered down feel at all. Has a nice body to it. Just the slightest hint of acidity from the lime.
This beer I think is doing exactly what it is intended to do. Be an incredibly refreshing, light, and easy drinking beer. It has enough beer-ness to it that it is more than just a light lager with lime. Enjoyable stuff.

Slightly hazy straw yellow with just a hint of green and a moderate foamy white head that disappears quickly leaving only a couple spots of lace. The aroma is lime, actually real fresh lime, with just a hint of fresh bread in the background. The taste is also lime forward, again, this is fresh lime no artificial aspect \, the malt backbone and a bit of grassy herbal hops is more evident but still subordinate. The body is light, though not to the point of being watery. Altogether this is a very pleasant limey summer refresher. The pilsner background is fairly overwhelmed, but I am not so much of a purist that I can't still enjoy a refreshing brew and it should go well with food, especially Mexican.

12 oz cheapo can, into Snowman chalice.
Date is 8/9/20.
The beer is piss colored with a slight lime-y glow, with a creamy cap of 1 finger that dwindles to nothing with no lace. Kinda looks like Mello Yello now.
Smells like a mix of lemon-lime seltzer and urinal cake. There's a bit of zing and key lime pie in there as well.
Flavor is initially grain water, then a finish of lime peel, pie crust, and musty grain. The finish/aftertaste is better than the general flavor.
Feel is very carbonated, somewhat surprisingly dry, light bodied, leaving some starch and mild alcohol heat.
Overall, a moderately tasty pilsner with the added zing of lime and excitement of key lime pie, but on a sidelines level. It seems like it could have been something, but was executed half-heartedly.
Price : $1.39
Would buy again : no

Ypur can has an extra wrapping around it? There is not point to this other than costing you nore money, and giving more waste for our planet? I dont understand why the can underneath the wraping of the can is the same exact writing and sayings you guys are killing it but stop wasting really makes me not want to buy it knowing this company doesn't care a singpe thing for our planet willingly wasting for no reason costing you money and not even looking cool?! Get it together and print your cans or make a wrapper but stop doing both lol

Leave the lime and other citrus for lame ales that otherwise only taste of hops or Mexican beers to hide the taste of piss. A lager/pilsener should remain true to the style. I live less than a mile from the brewery and I wanted to like this one but I just can't.

12 oz. can - Canned on 06/13/2019:
Pours slightly hazed light yellow. Very little head. A few spots of lacing stick. A pils should have more clarity. Looks more like lime juice.
The smell is of lime. To its credit it smells like real limes. Maybe a hint of bread and grass, but it's a stretch.
The taste is like a watered down margarita. Not getting much pils, or hardly even beer. A touch of malt and a hint of grass do come through, but lime overpowers.
It does have a refreshing quality to it. Light-bodied, not too watery in texture (though it is in taste).
Not enough beer quality. Lime is natural. Not too impressed, though it is much better than Bud Light Lime.

From a 12oz can:
Appearance: Slightly hazy pale yellow, ok head.
Smell: Limey, some underlying grain.
Taste: Tangy lime throughout, decent feel and body, bit of grain.
Overall: You want limes, this beer delivers limes. Easy drinking thirst quencher that was a good one on hot days.
