This ale poured a slightly hazy beautiful golden tan with a thin head and no lacing. The lack of head and lacing was only marginally disappointing.

The aroma was of spice and apple.

The flavor was pleasant with notes of corrander, sweet apple, bitter hops and yeast.

The mouthfeel was crisp, and slightly thin but still very palatable.

Drinkability was very good. A truely refreshing summer pale ale that left me wanting more.

Enjoyed this 12oz bottle out of a tall pilsner glass.

A: Pours a clear pale yellow hue with a thin white head that quickly dissipates down the side of the glass leaving a partial lace.

S: Spicy and sort of skunky aroma.

T: Similar spicy skunky flavor – coriander and some yeast notes.

M: Medium body and medium carbonation.

O: Weird spicy beer – nothing I would grab again.
