Bottle pours a cloudy golden body with a tall white head. Delicate sheet lacing is left on the glass.

Aroma is wheat, floral hops, and chamomile.

Light medium body is crisply carbonated.

Taste has a dominant floral hop bitterness enhanced by the herbal chamomile. Twangy pale wheat malt provides a solid base. A hint of citrusy lemon jumps in toward the finish and contributes to a rather pleasant finish.

I'm not a fan of this style but this one is well executed and refreshing. The chamomile adds an appropriate herbal twist that elevates this one above most of its blander peers.

Once again and my final thanx to Aaron (rest in peace), this one's for you:

Best by 09/27/13:

Into a weizen and a pint glass (at a previous time):

A: somewhat hazy yellow/orange body, some rising carbonation is seen rising, foamy white head rises and falls and leaves some clingy lacing

S: citrus, wheat through subtle herbal tones (probably the chamomile)

T: sweet light citrus with a wheaty bite at the end, no esters/banana-ness

M: light, sessionable, smooth, moderately carbonated but still adequate for the American pale wheat ale style

O: I'm glad I weizen glass tested it, but still think its an American pale wheat as Beer advocate suggests, so this is good for its style, I might have another, but where I'm going, I'm probably not gonna see this
