Poured from a bottle to a mug.

Appearance: Has very much the color of honey. It did not have much of a head and it didn't last. Also seems to have a minimal amount of carbonation.

Smell: Has a typical wheat beer smell but not very strong. I get some earth hops and light fruit also.

Taste: Has an initial crispness that is smooth. It has a bready taste with some lemon towards the end. Also has a slight bitter after taste.

Mouthfeel: Crisp and smooth feel at the beginning. Has a thin feel to it, almost watery, and minimal carbonation.

Overall: Good beer that has a lot of good qualities. The thinness of the texture makes it a good summer beer but the flavor is lacking somewhat. Would definitely try again.

Looks like my last New England review (other than any possible trades):

Once again and my final thanx to Aaron (rest in peace), this one's for you:

Best by 09/27/13:

Into a weizen and a pint glass (at a previous time):

A: somewhat hazy yellow/orange body, some rising carbonation is seen rising, foamy white head rises and falls and leaves some clingy lacing

S: citrus, wheat through subtle herbal tones (probably the chamomile)

T: sweet light citrus with a wheaty bite at the end, no esters/banana-ness

M: light, sessionable, smooth, moderately carbonated but still adequate for the American pale wheat ale style

O: I'm glad I weizen glass tested it, but still think its an American pale wheat as Beer advocate suggests, so this is good for its style, I might have another, but where I'm going, I'm probably not gonna see this
