500 ml bottle from Budapest
Pours golden with large and fizzy head that disappears in seconds to nothing; no lacing as well. The beer is swarming with very, very small carbonation bubbles.
Aroma is malty with mild notes of banana, some yeast can be felt as well. Taste is slightly spicy and wheatish banana with some acidic notes. Aftertaste is rather unpleasant sweet and corny malty, sometimes I felt I would like to wash it down with water.
I somehow have a feeling this is one of the worst Ilzer beers I have had. Judging from expiration dates, the beer is quite fresh, so I will have to buy a couple more of them.

Poured slowly at the rim of the glass, as the label suggests. The colour is pale yellow; the finger thick airy head is white and quickly disappearing.
The smell is sour with notes of wheat dough with some earthy notes.
The taste is rather mild for a weisen. Of course, it is sour with some sweetness, it resembles in a way of fancy biscuits. Three are some earthy notes too. The aftertaste got flavours of green apples.
The carbonation is strong and vivid with large bubbles that fade quickly.
An average kristal weisen, on the verge of being boring.
