Interesting, called Stout Imperial, not sure if that's supposed to mean imperial stout (which it def is not), or just a nice stout for imperial like or something. Found in Cancun.
Light creamy fizzy head fades at a med pace of almost ½ finger, very dark murky brown-black molasses color with very little light coming through.
Nose light roasted malt, a bit of black patent malt, and even a hint of chocolate, milk chocolate, crystal malts, light nougat candy, and even a touch of bright aromatic malt.
Taste starts with more roasty malts, a bit of cocoa and black patent, caramel, nougat, candy like flavors but not really sweet, toasty roasty malt flavors, hint of earthy hops. Light juicy fresh malt flavor, light semi sweet semi bitter chocolate. The bitterness ramps a bit, with more earthy hops and bitternes from the roasted malts bring a light salty briny quality. Even a touch of coffee. Finish is fairly bitter, dry, bit ofearthy hops and bitterness from the roasted malts that also linger a bit, with cocoa and caramel.
Mouth is med to full bodied, actually a little bit too much carbonation that takes away from the richness of the beer and makes it seem more like a Mexican style beer.
Overall best beer I’ve had here so far. I’ll have to try more of their beers. Nice malts, dark malts, no real off flavors, even a hint of hops, just a bit too much carbonation as the only real flaw. Also not sure if I would call this an imperial stout, but otherwise good.

Dark enough for a stout. Smells of dark chocolate, roasted coffee and a bit of dry fruits. Taste is more into chocolate and coffee, is not as bitter as other stouts, alcohol is present but well hidden. Creamy with medium foam retention. A good stout for a good price.

Poured from 12oz beer into a clear mug:
LOOK: Dark brown, light foam
SMELL: Roasted coffee
TASTE: Dry roasted coffee with slight chocolate. Label states also to have caramel but I don't taste it. Medium Carbonation
FEEL: Light to medium
OVERALL: Good tasting Mexican craft Beer (cerveza artesanal); even so being a stout as it's a rarity among Mexican beer. Had the beer had a bigger head I would have rated it higher.

Poured from 12oz bottle into a tall kitchen glass.
Appearance: rich dark hue with a tall head of rich tan foam atop. Really good!
Smell: a nice dry roastiness with a dash of chocolate and some vegetal hop character. Not bad!
Taste: nicely dry with a good roast character. It’s a bit astringent, perhaps, but other than that quite good!
Mouthfeel: medium body with a huge carbonation and good creaminess.
Overall: the roast adds an astringency that makes this beer not totally quaffable, but still, a solid example of the style.

Enbotellado at a craft beer bar in la Ciudad de Mexico. Pours black with a full finger of head. Dark, bitter roast on the grains, light residual sweetness, some chocolate on the finish. Better than I expected from Guadalajara.
