Lightly boozy, dark fruit, Belgian candi sugar, cocoa and caramel notes.
Medium body, low fizzy carbonation.
A well done Quad, great mix of flavors.

A bit too strong, but very rich and distinct. It’s flavorful, but too much will but you in a coma! I’ve had better, but Sierra Nevada knows how to brew so well I may eventually like this above other Belgians.
