On tap at Churchkey. Served in a mini snifter. Pours a fair brown color with a short off-white head and some spots of lacing. The nose has a good wine-barrel presence, but that’s followed up with light acidity, including a bit of acetic acid. As it warms, a bit more red wine vinegar. Same for the flavor. Underlying saison was fairly nice. Dry finish after a medium body. Not a big fan of this one.
